Digital Futures Open House for friends at RISE

On 17 November the Operations team at Digital Futures had the pleasure of welcoming our partner RISE Research Institutes of Sweden to an Open House meeting at the hub.

The Open House started with a welcome and introduction to the centre by Anna Kiefer, COO at Digital Futures, followed by a description of the faculty and research programme by Fabian Wingfors, Administrative Officer. Then Johanna Gavefalk, CCO presented communication guidelines and channels as well on-going event activities and urged everybody to sign up for Digital Futures monthly Newsletter and event invitations.

Bengt Ahlgren, Senior Researcher at RISE, described the many research projects – three Collaborative projects, four Research pairs, two Demonstrator projects and two Diversity & Inclusion projects – where RISE is currently involved as well as the institute’s engagement in Digital Futures Governing Board, Executive Committee, Strategic Research Committee and Working groups.

We look forward to welcoming more colleagues at RISE to Digital Futures hub!
