Welcome by David Broman to the Digital Futures Faculty Workshop on 7 April

Digital Futures’ third Faculty Workshop took place at Bryggarsalen in Stockholm on April 7. This time both the Digital Futures faculty and Digital Futures postdocs were invited to an exciting program in the afternoon, including information about future activities, and networking. The event was co-organized by David Broman Associate Professor at KTH and Associate Director Faculty at Digital Futures together with Linnea Sundling, Site Officer at Digital Futures.

The two parallel inspirational scientific sessions on “Machine learning in biology and medicine” and Industry 5.0 – driving human-centricity, sustainability, and trustworthiness generated lots of questions and great engagement.

The program ended with mingling and refreshments, all at a very appreciated conference location.

– I’m delighted with the event, where many faculty members shared their thoughts and ideas. Many participants expressed that they really liked the program in general and the scientific sessions in particular, concluded David Broman.
