This projects focuses on addressing voice-based gender bias through technology-supported training. Women are often advised to adjust their way of speaking to counteract bias, yet such strategies are rarely effective and may even backfire. This project shifts attention from the speaker to the listener by developing technology that builds inclusive listening skills. Presented by Dr. Éva Székely, speech technology expert and researcher at KTH.
