This cross-disciplinary workshop explores the tokenization of real-world assets. This event brings together leading researchers and industry experts to examine how blockchain technology, smart contracts, and digital governance are transforming ownership, liquidity, construction and security in the real estate sector.
The program features distinguished speakers from Digital Futures–KTH, Aalto University, HKUST, and Wrocław University of Science and Technology, alongside industry participants including d-fine and Sliceon, representing a leading European consulting firm and a pioneering tokenization startup, respectively.
Through academic presentations, industry dialogue, and networking, the workshop unites experts working on the digital transformation of the real estate sector from academic and professional perspectives. Discussions will focus on identifying areas for collaboration and improvement and addressing key challenges related to investment, cybersecurity, governance, and regulation.
By bringing together researchers and industry experts from diverse backgrounds, the workshop aims to inspire new collaborations and ideas that will shape the next generation of digital innovation.
