The 44th edition of SafeComp will focus on the theme “Managing safety in an era of a software-defined computing continuum.” With (semi-)autonomous cyber-physical systems interacting with humans and operating in open environments, safety is more critical than ever.
SafeComp is an annual international conference bringing together researchers, industry, and practitioners to exchange insights on the safety, security, and reliability of critical computer applications. Covering state-of-the-art research, industrial experience, and emerging trends, it emphasizes both advances and practical solutions. Its single-track format fosters direct exchange and networking across disciplines.
Since 1979, under the European Workshop on Industrial Computer Systems Technical Committee 7 (EWICS TC7), SafeComp has advanced dependable computing in safety-critical domains.
