Agenda
12:00 – 13:00 Mingle
13:00 Introduction – Prof Vania Ceccato, UCS/KTH
We begin by introducing the concept of hyperspaces and examining the unique cybersecurity risks that arise from the interaction between online and physical environments. In this second seminar, we focus on integrating the concepts of hyperspace into urban planning and policy-making.
Speakers will discuss attacks on transportation systems and reflect on research and government preparedness for navigating these challenges, which are crucial for defining actionable recommendations for policymakers and urban planners. By understanding hyperspace as a multifaceted environment where digital and physical systems interact, we can better grasp the vulnerabilities cities may face.
