In this workshop, postdoctoral researchers will have the opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, create foundations for collaboration, and design and develop their postdoctoral trajectories. We will highlight and talk about the common aspects of being in a postdoctoral role, the transition to a faculty position, and how to design multiple career paths. We will also present negotiation strategies and tips and tricks for preparing your CV for industry jobs.
After the workshop, we hope that participants will feel more at ease with their postdoctoral job, feel connected, and have the tools to design their ideal experience.
