Digital Futures Thematic Matchmaking Workshops are dedicated to four different topics:
- Sustainable mobility, logistics, and cities – 18 March
- Machine learning for personalized medicine and digital health – 25 March
- Cyber-secure digital transformation – 1 April
- Industrial metaverse – 8 April
Welcome to participate in the Digital Futures Thematic Matchmaking Workshop on Cyber-Secure Digital Transformation! The workshop provides an opportunity for representatives from industry and governmental organizations to meet and interact with researchers from Digital Futures active in the broad area of security and digitalization. The goal is to form new, complementary and competitive research teams able to address the most critical security challenges and apply for upcoming research calls from Digital Futures, and elsewhere. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Cyber defence and mitigation of adversarial machine learning
- Cyber-secure infrastructures
- Cyber-physical security and decision support
- Legal regulations and policy development
The half-day workshop is divided into three blocks: In the first block industry and government, representatives have the opportunity to present, or pitch, problem areas of particular interest to them. In the second block, Digital Futures representatives pitch research approaches and techniques. In the third, and final, block we have three rounds of matchmaking and roundtable discussions covering the different themes introduced during the pitching sessions.
