Education Seminar on Teaching Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, and Related Fields in Higher Education Institutes. This education seminar focuses on the role of AI, data, and technology in education across real estate, construction management, architecture, and related disciplines at all levels – Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, and Executive education. In addition to these emerging topics, the seminar will also address classical education themes such as management, construction management, facility management, design, sustainability, ESG, and investment.
The education landscape in real estate is rapidly evolving. With the growing importance of data analytics and artificial intelligence, educators face the challenge of integrating new technologies while maintaining the essential foundations of traditional knowledge. This seminar explores how real estate education can adapt to these transformations, featuring presentations based on submitted abstracts and case studies from academic and professional practice.
