Host an event – lectures, workshops
Digital Futures supports multiple workshops, conferences, and related events every year and offers support that ranges from the use of the Digital Futures hub to event organisation support from Digital Futures staff for marketing, advertising, and co-financing. Digital Futures cafeteria can only be used for events on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Event Support Options and Guidelines

1. Events linked to ongoing Digital Futures funded projects | – Use of Digital Futures Hub as a venue only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays – Administrative assistance with event organisation – Communication support on Digital Futures website and LinkedIn | Funding must come from the project’s existing budget. No additional funding from Digital Futures is available. |
2. Co-Sponsored Events hosted by Digital Futures faculty (aligned with Digital Futures agenda) | – Use of Digital Futures Hub as a venue only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays – Event administration mainly managed by hosting faculty member – Communication support on Digital Futures website and LinkedIn | Faculty member can apply for co-financing of up to 30 kSEK from Digital Futures. Eligible if the physical part of the event is in Sweden or the event is fully virtual. |

Room Booking Information
For general meetings that only require other areas (e.g., the kitchen, conference room, curtain areas, or treetop table), bookings can be made at any time using the room booking system SKEDDA. Visit Room Booking for more information.

Digital Futures House Culture
- Be respectful during seminars and other meetings.
- Use Quiet Zone rooms for personal phone calls and Zoom meetings.
- Leave your space tidy and clean.
- Please use the dishwasher in the kitchen.
- Help us with recycling by using the designated bins.
